These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Successifier platform and website operated by Successifier ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Successifier, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Free trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start.
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your account remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

3. Your Data

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate through our platform.
  • License: You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve our services.
  • Export: You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON).
  • Deletion: Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access

5. Service Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans
  • Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Intellectual Property

The Successifier platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Successifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Successifier from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections relating to data ownership, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
